Why Join the Community?

Membership

Without the generous support of our community, the Community Association can’t rake a single leaf in the fall or buy a single hot dog for National Night Out. In short, your membership dues are essential to achieving common objectives that no one could accomplish individually.

You can join the Community Association by downloading a membership form. Annual membership dues are $25 and are due by April 1 of each year. Your dues help the Association pay for expenses such as:

• Maintenance of signage, brickwork and landscaping on medians
• Liability insurance for the medians and association activities
• Production and distribution of THE CROW’S NEST, Community Directory, and New Residents package
• Supplies for community events
• Advertisements in the Times-Dispatch for bi-annual community yard sales
